A Very Merry, Very Seafood Christmas at De Vette Mossel Parys

This year, the beloved beach-style seafood haven is rolling out a full festive buffet, the kind that makes even Santa loosen his belt and rethink his diet.

  • Guests are welcomed with a cheers-worthy arrival drink, setting the tone for an afternoon (or evening!) filled with hearty eats and homestyle hospitality. From there, the feast unfolds in true De Vette Mossel fashion — relaxed, abundant, and absolutely delicious.
  • The buffet begins with fresh-from-the-oven potbrood slathered in farm butter and jam, followed by a parade of seafood favourites: mussel meat sautéed with garlic and onions, mussels steamed in white wine, and West Coast snoek with sweet potatoes that taste like coastal nostalgia wrapped in a bow.
