Summer is approaching and the tables have been set at Aubergine!

Owned and run by Chef Harald Bresselschmidt, Aubergine is a sophisticated, intimate restaurant in Cape Town which combines a rich history with contemporary style, innovative food and classic service – whether you’re joining them for lunch or dinner.

You can enjoy leisurely lunches, tapas and balmy evenings on their beautiful terrace. All health and safety protocols are in place and are stringently followed.

The opening hours are:
Lunch Thursday & Friday 12h00-14h00
Tapas Wednesday – Saturday from 17h00
Dinner Tuesday – Saturday from 18h00

The restaurant changes their a la carte menu regularly to present new seasonal vegetables from the garden as they are harvested. A creative selection of classic Tapas is also available for a light evening meal and al fresco dining together with a carafe of wine.

What’s happening over the festive season?

  • They have tables available for dinners on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve and you’ll be able to choose from the a la carte or tasting menu.
