A Seat at the Winemaker’s Table: One Night Only at Brookdale Estate

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Paarl mountains, this exclusive evening is a rare chance to dine with the minds behind the wine.

Winemakers Xander Sadie and Shanice du Preez will be hosting, pouring, and sharing the stories behind each bottle—and trust us, there’s a lot more than grapes going on in those glasses.

For R750 per person (wine included), guests will be treated to five beautifully curated courses, each one artfully paired with a standout wine from the Brookdale collection. The menu is a flavour adventure—from a truffle-foamed Mushroom Cappuccino to a delicate Kingklip with saffron & mussel beurre blanc, all the way to a decadent white chocolate and mascarpone mousse finale.
