Nestled into the side of the Franschhoek Mountain, Franschhoek’s iconic Haute Cabrière Restaurant is renowned for its unique location. Soaring arches frame the picture perfect view over the cathedral-like Pinot Noir Barrel Maturation Cellar below which offers a superlative wine tasting experience not to be missed.
Haute Cabriere’s menu revolves around seasonal availability of produce, which is mostly sourced locally or even grown organically on the estate. During the winter months, they have created something to warm your heart with a fantastic lunch special for two. Their new set menu was launched on the 1st of May and will be available until the end of September. Pop in for a 2-course meal at a cost of R395.00 for 2 people, including a glass of wine paired with each course!
