A Five-Course Wine Dinner brings Kloovenburg Elegance to 96 Winery Road

96 Winery Road is bringing together good food, good wine and good company for a special Kloovenburg wine-paired dinner on Friday, 24 July.

The evening begins with Kloovenburg Cap Classique on arrival, followed by five carefully paired courses that celebrate comforting winter flavours with a polished 96 Winery Road touch.

What’s on the Menu?

  • Guests can look forward to seared salmon trout with fresh green salad and light Caesar dressing, paired with The Village White 2026, followed by roast chicken breast with chicken velouté, crispy chicken skin and cucumber relish, served with Eight Feet White 2024.
  • The menu continues with wild mushroom panzerotti in porcini mushroom broth with truffle oil and pea shoots, paired with Kloovenburg Syrah 2023. For the fourth course, dry-aged sirloin arrives with potato dauphinoise, caramelised parsnip, buttered baby cabbage and rich bone marrow jus, matched with Eight Feet Red 2023.
  • To finish, guests can enjoy a double-baked Paardeberg cheese soufflé with prickly pear coulis and rosemary shortbread, paired with Grenache & Garnacha Peluda 2024.
