🥂 On Arrival
Stellenzicht Cap Classique with fresh brioche and orange & ginger butter—because bubbly and carbs are soulmates.

🍑 First Course
Acheulean Chardonnay 2024 meets grilled peach crostini with basil cream cheese—fresh, creamy, and straight-up dreamy.

🥩 Second Course
Arenite Syrah 2022 alongside fillet bearnaise, garlic-sautéed broccolini, and wholegrain mustard mash. It’s giving “main character energy.”

🍏 Dessert
Cinsault 2022 paired with red apple & cinnamon crumble topped with vanilla chantilly cream—pure comfort in every spoonful.

🧀 Cheese Course
Close things out with Tristone Cabernet Sauvignon 2023, aged cheddar, blue cheese, and blueberries—a finale worthy of a standing ovation.
