Vondeling Wines in the beautiful Paarl Valley takes a slightly more hands-off approach to wine making by allowing nature to do most of the work. With minimal interference from them, their grapes retain as natural a footprint as possible and it’s easy to see why they steal the show. It’s easy to see why their wines are award-winning!
For an entire week in June, Vondeling Wines is celebrating winter with the delightfully spicy wine that is Shiraz and they’re pairing it with delicious venison biltong for maximum flavour. The event is running from 10-16 June 2019 from 10am-4pm daily and the cost is R80 per person for four wine and biltong pairings. You only need to book for groups of 8 or more.
It’s a lovely morning out! Don’t stay indoors this winter.
