This three-course culinary journey is a full-on love letter to spring—and to Chenin Blanc.
- Thoughtfully paired with wines from the legendary Ken Forrester, each dish is a chapter in a story you’ll want to savour slowly (preferably on a sunny patio with friends and a second glass).

To Start:
✨ Butternut Tortellini with sage brown butter and parmesan, paired with the bright and zesty Ken Forrester Petit Chenin Blanc 2024.
(Think creamy meets citrus zing—aka a match made in foodie heaven.)
Main Course:
🔥 Pan Roasted Linefish in Thai red curry sauce with udon noodles, elevated by the rich complexity of the Old Vine Chenin Reserve 2024.
(It’s spicy, silky, and sensational.)
To End:
💫 Classic Crème Brûlée with rosemary shortbread, finished off with the playful sparkle of Stained Glass Méthode Ancestrale.
