What’s on the Menu?

STARTERS (choice of)

  • Roast Beetroot and Aubergine Salad: Eggplant mousse, toasted walnuts, pickled beetroot crisps, vegan gouda nugget and balsamic vinaigrette
  • Pancetta-Wrapped Chicken Terrine made with gammon, pistachio nuts, truffles, and served with confit shiitake, cauliflower purée
  • Cape Malay Pickled Fish served with cucumber, pearl onion and coriander

MAINS (choice of)

  • Seared Salmon: Served with paprika & garlic rubbed octopus, baby potatoes, asparagus, roasted cherry tomatoes and bisque
  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi: Marinated burnt leeks, dukkha, exotic mushrooms, and sun-dried tomato pesto
  • Pan Fried Duck Breast: Beetroot fondant, duck croquet, orange & carrot puree, artichoke, and roast cherry jus

DESSERTS (choice of)

  • Chai Pear Crumble: Braised Packham pears, almond crumble, ice cream
  • Lemon Cardamon Slice served with soft meringue, candied lemon segments, vanilla ice cream
