Taj Cape Town is introducing the Food and Wine Pairing Dinners for 2019 by executive chef David Tilly.
Known for its prime location in the epicentre of Cape Town, Taj Cape Town is also renowned for creating sophisticated culinary experiences for both overnight guests and visitors alike.
So from June until November, guests can indulge in unique food and wine pairing dinners that are held in the Vault at Taj Cape Town. Built in the 1920s as a walk-in bank vault for the African Banking Corporation, it still displays the original colossal safe-door.
With wine farms such as La Motte, Creation, Klein Constantia, Anthonij Rupert, Paul Cluver, Tokara, Simonsig and Rupert and Rothschild, each food and wine pairing session is designed for a maximum of 40 guests, consists of a four-course dinner and costs R495 per person. It promises to be a beautiful night.
