The Federal have put their own modern signature on a classic pancake!

It comes with spinach & ricotta cheese wrapped in homemade pancakes. Garnished with aged cheddar, halloumi & a hearty tomato & onion relish. Accompanied with a mimosa and you have the perfect brunch.

This pancake is part of the weekend brunch offering at The Federal every Saturday & Sunday from 9am – 1pm. Book your table to indulge in the delicious brunch menu.
