Lil’ Wok Stars, Red and Star, now availbale at Simply Asia.

Each dish has been carefully prepared with fresh and kid-friendly ingredients, which, gently introduces the young ones to fun Thai flavours.

In Thailand, meal time is family time, so Simply Asia wanted to be able to ensure that kids have a great meal too when visiting our stores. – says Liane Wadman, National Marketing Manager for Simply Asia.

“Knowing how particular some Lil’ Wok Stars can be, we have kept each of the elements on the dish separate so that they are able to appreciate and try the different flavours on their own. The menu aims to encourage kids to taste these new flavours, in small kid sized portions, on their own menu with our great characters, Red and Star.”

The 5 dishes on the menu are:

1. Crumbed Chicken and Noodles – crumbed chicken breasts, sliced and served with a Satay peanut sauce, yellow noodles and cucumber sticks. R39.00

2. Calamari Rings and Egg Fried Rice – Fried calamari rings in a light tempura batter, served with star shaped egg fried rice, carrot and cucumber sticks, and a choice of sweet chilli or Thai Atchar dipping sauce. R36.00
