Every three weeks, for one night only The Vineyard Hotel partner with one of South Africa’s most distinctive wine estates to bring you the Winter Tastes of 2019 dinner experiences.
In advance of each dinner, the specific wine range is tasted with various delicacies and ingredients, and the most exciting combinations discovered, discussed and incorporated into the Tastes menu for that once-off dinner. When each dish is tasted with the wine, an alchemy occurs that brings out intriguing, subtle nuances not otherwise perceived. It is an extraordinary experience. And great fun!
