Deep Fried White Velvet Brie
Jersey cow brie, wrapped in phyllo pastry, served with a plum-ginger ketchup.
Traditional S.A curry style mince, crumbed and deep fried, served with a home-made mustard mayo and grated Huguenot cheese.
200g grass fed sirloin steak, dry aged for 21 days, served with a watercress salad, chimichurri sauce and a choice of sides below.
Coal-roasted seabass, with a Cape Malay mango chutney – served with a watercress side salad
Panko aubergine, tomato ragout, Huguenot cheese, charred rose tomatoes and chimichurri. (V)
