Café Chic by Conrad Gallagher a celebrated Michelin starred chef, is located in a private building in the busy neighbourhood of Cape Town’s City Centre serving up market Modern Cafe cuisine.
On the 11th of April, they will be hosting a Coast to Coast Wine Pairing Dinner created by Conrad Gallagher. The menu will include a range of ingredients including avocado, oyster, chilli, pear, truffle, praline and much more.
The final dishes will be a surprise.
