Registered clinical dietician, Jessica Kotlowitz, will give a 60-minute talk about the benefits of plant-based diets. Jessica opened her private Cape Town practice in order to help others achieve optimal health using abundant plant-centred diets, something that helped her through her own health challenges.

A three-course dinner with wine pairings in Azure restaurant, a full English breakfast including Champagne and fresh oysters, access to the spa and pool facilities throughout the stay and a surprise gift hamper for each participant is included.
