The double volume The Tangram Restaurant with panoramic views of Table Mountain and Table Bay offers a spectacular setting for dining out.
Chef Tamzyn Ehlers sources the finest ingredients from local producers to create authentic, seasonal dishes with incredible texture and depth of flavour.
The summer menu launching mid-October, draws inspiration from the beautiful scenic views from the restaurant, with vibrancy and colour in each dish. The herb garden, planted in preparation for the summer menu, will be incorporated in each dish by the dynamic team.
The signature dish for summer is the seared Norwegian Salmon served with roasted beetroot, rosé infused cranberry, chickpea and feta salad, drizzled with a rosé and shallot dressing. Try this incredible meal with the Durbanville Hills Chardonnay.
A special dessert menu has been designed, paired with finest spirits and liquors, and guests will be spoilt with a complimentary wine pairing with dinner as well.
They have extended their operating hours to now include Breakfast and Lunch on Mondays.

- Lunch available Monday to Sundays from 12:00 until 15:00
- Dinner available Wednesday to Sundays from 18:00 until 22:00
Dinner & Wine Special at Tangram Restaurant
- Join Durbanville Hills Wine Estate for dinner in August, September, or October and receive a complimentary bottle of one of their Light range of wines. Dinner is available Wednesday to Saturday from 17:00 until 21:00.
