The perfect drink for summer!
It’s been hot down in South Africa and the best way to beat the heat is with an ice-cold gin cocktail to enjoy the evening after a long day at work.
The Dirty Lady
Ingredients
- 50 ml Cape Town Pink Lady GinML CAPE TOWN PINK LADY GIN
- 5 ml RosÉ
- 20 ml Strawberry Syrup
- 1 Maraschino Cherry (or edible flower)
- Ice
Method
- Pour gin, rose and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Leaver the shaker as is for 30 seconds to a minute
- Strain into a chilled Martini Glass
- Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
