The Signal Restaurant offers creative Cape cuisine that’s fresh and inventive. Led by Executive Chef, Malika van Reenen, Signal Restaurant draws on influences from the many nationalities and customs that have shaped this region since being settled in 1652; namely Dutch and British settlers, French Huguenots, Asian traders and African cultures.
With Taste of Cape Town 2013 coming up, they are giving away 20 double tickets to the festival. We also added their tasting dish menu below: I already have my eyes on their icon dish which sounds absolutely amazing. Their starter dish will cost 6 crowns, the slow-roasted beef 8 crowns while their dessert is available for 4 crowns. Crowns are the official currently on the night and booklets of 20 crowns can be purchased for R100.
