The Jordan Wrap-Up Ride for Renosterveld Mountain Bike Challenge is set to grace the renowned Jordan Wine Estate on the 5th of November, offering cycling enthusiasts an exhilarating experience like no other.

Presented in collaboration with Garden Town and Stellenbosch, the event serves as a captivating finale to the Garden Town festivities from October 27th to November 5th, 2023.

While various venues and activities captivate the audience throughout the week, the Jordan Wrap-Up Ride stands out as a true highlight, weaving the thrill of mountain biking with a noble cause.

Challenging Routes for every Rider

The Jordan Wrap-Up Ride offers two remarkable routes to cater to all levels of cycling enthusiasts. The 25km route boasts an elevation gain of 687 meters, promising an awe-inspiring blend of testing elevations, flowy single tracks, and panoramic vistas that stretch across the ocean, mountains, and vineyards. Riders will be captivated by the natural terrain as they traverse through the renowned Bottelary Hills trails. The journey includes an invigorating ascent, an exhilarating descent down the Mongoose singletrack, and a series of captivating climbs that culminate in a thrilling descent to the finish line.

For those seeking a shorter yet equally thrilling adventure, the 12km route with a 370-meter elevation gain offers an enthralling circular path. Riders will conquer challenging climbs and experience the rush of speeding down flowing singletracks, all while soaking in the stunning surroundings. The route also features the Polkadraai Bike Park, a haven for biking enthusiasts to showcase their skills and enjoy an array of exciting features.

Beyond the adrenaline-pumping rides, the Jordan Wrap-Up Ride is a testament to the spirit of giving back. A portion of the funds raised from ride entries will contribute to the Bottelary Renosterveld Conservancy (BHRC), helping to preserve the unique and precious Renosterveld ecosystem.
