Restaurant Week: Lunch Specials at Shimmy Beach Club

The Shimmy Restaurant, under the hand of world-class chef Adrian Cook, flows onto our man-made beach for a diverse eating experience.

The menu has distinct Mediterranean influences. It’s also packed with lighter meals, healthy options, a diverse vegetarian menu, and something for the kids, too. An African essence comes out in Moroccan spices and koftas.
