Rajah Curry Masters. Master the curry. Know the story
Rajah invites you to join Masterchef South Africa and Ultimate Braai Master judge Chef Benny Masekwameng and cook and food blogger Lorraine Maharaj as they share their captivating food stories while cooking mouth-watering meals.
The lead curry masters will not only share curry tips that will improve curry lovers’ techniques but the story behind their recipes and how they have evolved from generation to generation.
“The one thing that I learnt from my mom is the love for people and that food brings people together, people from all different walks of life”, says Chef Benny.
Lorraine also sites her mother as the person who taught her various curry secrets. “I remember my mom used to always add samp and beans to her lamb curry so we exclude the potatoes and add samp and beans.”
Curry lovers will leave with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the craft and the ingredients.
To participate, you can visit the What’s For Dinner website, where you learn to cook Chef Benny’s chicken or seafood curry or Lorraine’s Durban lamb curry using the wide selection of Rajah curry powders available. Over and above their intense flavour, these curry powders are non-irradiated, GMO-free, with no added MSG.
Rajah is made from the finest quality and natural ingredients. Some of these are garlic, cumin, coriander and turmeric. It is these ingredients that give Rajah its distinctive taste and mouth-watering aroma.
You also stand a chance of winning one of 16 Rajah Masterclass Curry Kits.
To enter, sign up to receive a recipe e-book by Chef Benny and Lorraine.
