Quay Four has been silent. They’ve retreated into the cargo hold for a much needed rest and recharge and our favourite seafood and grill meals have been cast to the winds. It seems they’ve been planning a thing or two while down there, because they’re reopening on 21 August and they’re reopening with a bang.
