Restaurant Rescue Project: Sijnn Wines adopts Café Charles!
The last months have been particularly challenging for the hospitality industry. At Café Charles, they had to adapt their business model and change the way they work. The management went from a full restaurant operation employing 22 passionate team members to a lock-down deli & takeaway allowing for only 4 employees to continue their work.
With regulations being relaxed, t hey are now rebuilding Café Charles. Together, stronger and better.
The team at Café Charles is humbled and moved that Sijnn Wines has decided to adopt Café Charles and participate in the Restaurant Rescue Project. This project has been set up by Alex Dale to help restaurants weather this storm.
Sijnn Wines have generously donated 200 cases of their extraordinary wine that will be gifted when purchasing a voucher for Café Charles.

- Chenin blanc, Viognier and Roussanne. A barrel fermented blend, with a component of skin contact making the blend extra rich, textured and flavourful.

- The Red is a Syrah based blend with Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira, Mourvedre and a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon. A Mediterranean blend from some incredible harsh and difficult soils, making the wine very complex and intense, yet fine elegant tannins and beautiful to drink.
