The Chef of Nuovo Restaurant uses locally produced and responsibly sourced ingredients as much as possible along with herbs and produce they grow right in their own hotel backyard. Their menu consists of delicious sandwiches, juicy burgers, thin-crust pizzas with vegan and vegetarian options available, as well as soft drinks, beers and wines.
Food can be ordered from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm and alcohol orders are available from Monday to Thursday (9am to 5pm). Please allow for eat least 45 minutes before collection.
