At Cassis Paris you can experience a drop of Paris right here in Cape Town. At their stores in Gardens, Newlands & Constantia, you will be able to indulge yourself with some of the best cakes that Cape Town has to offer with a wide variety available. They have added three new cakes to their assortment since the beginning of June. These being Chocomint, Caprice & Guyana. You will find images and a description of the cakes below.
Chocomint – R30: Light Chocolate parfait with almond daquoise, mint feuilletine and melting mind creme brulee.
Caprice – R30 – Layers of creamy caramle mascarpone and pear mousse, salty caramel, roasted pears and spice bread in a glass.
Guyana – R28 – Layers of banana cake, vanilla/rum syrup, crunchy caramelized pecan nuts and chocolate banana mouse with chocolat velvet.
