Previously situated inside the Victoria Wharf and running endless queues due to limited seating for only 60 patrons, Gibson’s can now seat 70 indoors – in a stylish modern setting created by award-winning designer, Adam Court – and 110 outside on the terrace enjoying full views of the harbour and Table Mountain. During the winter of 2016, the terrace is being renovated and converted into an all-weather dining enclosure.
Gibson’s has also whipped up some fabulicious new fare to-die-for, including: The Beirut Beef and Vegetarian Burgers; Chicken Satay Roll; Luxury Philly Steak Roll; Fried Fish and Chips; Spatchcock Chicken; T- Bone – 400g; Beef Kebabs to name just a few.
And their crazy offering of 40 decadently-divine Gourmet Shakes has risen to an unbeatable 57 handspun, double thick shakes, with yummy new flavours like Malva & Custard, Apple Pie & Cream, Kit Kat and Gingerbread Man to name a few.
