The Durbanville Sauvignon Soirée at Cassia Restaurant, Nitida Wine Estate keeps things focused.

Taking place on Friday, 8 May from 17:00 to 20:00, it brings together the winemakers of the Durbanville Wine Valley for a relaxed but well put-together celebration of cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc.
- This is not a quick tasting. With unlimited pours from 12 Durbanville wine farms, guests can take their time working through the range.
There is also a bit more depth than at past events:

More Than Just the Glass
For R260 per person, the ticket includes three canapés from Cassia and live music by Jan-Hendrik Fourie, which keeps the atmosphere easy without turning it into a full production. There is enough happening to keep things social, but not so much that it distracts from the wine.
Tickets are limited and available via Quicket, which makes planning ahead the smart move. For those who want to turn it into a longer evening, dinner bookings at Cassia are an easy add-on.
