Radisson RED Cape Town is turning up the volume on nightlife with a comedy experience that promises punchlines, prizes and plenty of personality.
In collaboration with Kaas Kween Comedy, Comedy Night at RED brings a premium stand-up comedy showcase to the city, pairing bold humour with the unmistakably playful RED atmosphere.
Hosted by Keenan Cerff, the lineup for 29 May 2026 features comedy favourites Yaaseen Barnes, Conrad Koch and the ever-iconic Chester Missing, delivering the kind of energy that makes “quiet night in” sound like a questionable life choice.
- Doors open at 18:00, with guests seated by 20:00, giving attendees enough time to settle in, grab a drink and perhaps make some very confident predictions about who will steal the show.
And for those who enjoy a side of competition with their comedy, Radisson RED Cape Town is giving one lucky winner and three friends the ultimate VIP experience. Entry is simple: follow the easy instructions on Instagram. The competition closes on 22 May 2026, with terms and conditions applying.
Hungry before the hilarity? The pre-order comedy set menu ensures nobody has to laugh on an empty stomach. Guests can go classic with crispy wings loaded with sriracha, garlic cream cheese, sesame and crispy onion, or lean into comfort food with pulled lamb croquettes, mushroom or tomato flatbreads, BBQ chicken flatbread, burgers, and desserts including malva pudding and vanilla bean ice cream with chocolate sauce. Drinks range from beer on tap and bottled beers to ciders, wines, Pongrácz Rosé, and a full lineup of cocktails, spirits and coffee.
