  • Deconstructed Avocado Ritz: plump poached Prawns & Avo topped with a Marie Rose sauce on a bed of crispy Lettuce
  • Seared Tuna Tagliata with a Lemon & Parsley Butter
  • Asian Style 5-Spice Duck Breasts, Litchi & Thyme, served on Gingery Sweet Potato Mash
  • Exotic Mix of Tomatoes with Pomegranate & Mint
  • Roast Beetroot Salad with Feta and a Balsamic Glaze
