The ultimate vegan experience in town!

Prepared in a separate kitchen, the vegan menu is inspired by locally sourced, seasonal produce with an emphasis on fresh, natural flavours. Unlike other vegan menus, the Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton focuses on more refined and sophisticated dishes with the nutritional value of each serving being carefully considered.

From R395 per person, you can indulge in a 4-course vegan menu.

The experience is limited to 12 persons in the penthouse suite with stunning views of the city, away from the sights and smells of animal products.

What’s on the Menu?

  • Guests can expect a snack starter of crispy, fried tandoori chickpeas.
  • The first course of thyme and black garlic gnocchi mixed through with homemade sundried tomato, chilli olive oil, napolitana sauce and fried basil.
  • The second course is comprised of a panko-crusted aubergine topped with a warm red pepper hummus, caramelized rosemary baby onions. A wild mushroom and red wine casserole, dombola and house-made pickles.
  • End-off the meal with Mexican lime zest and toasted coconut tart baked to perfection with a gooey centre and crisp, flakey shell.
