What’s on the Menu?
- The starters alone set the tone for an indulgent affair, featuring a prawn cocktail, a freshly baked bread display with mini butters, creamy mussels in a white wine sauce, and a chicken liver pate topped with cranberry jam. The salad selection showcases a salad boutique with a variety of dips and dressings, an avocado and chicken orzo salad, quinoa with arugula, sundried tomato, boiled egg, and bacon, as well as a refreshing watermelon and feta salad.
- The star of the show, the Carvery, boasts a mouthwatering array of dishes, including honey-glazed gammon, flame-grilled sirloin topped with rooibos and orange jus, mint jelly and jus leg of lamb, and a whole turkey served with hot honey sauce.
