The salad selection showcases a salad boutique with a variety of dips and dressings, an avocado and chicken orzo salad, quinoa with arugula, sundried tomato, boiled egg, and bacon, as well as a refreshing watermelon and feta salad.
• The star of the show, the Carvery, boasts a mouthwatering array of dishes, including honey-glazed gammon, flame-grilled sirloin topped with rooibos and orange jus, mint jelly and jus leg of lamb, and a whole turkey served with hot honey sauce. The hot pots continue the feast with options like creamy seafood pasta, coconut-infused jasmine rice, rosemary and truffle baby potato, wild mushroom risotto, and a cauliflower and broccoli bake.
