The Bull Run Turns 25: Burgers, Beers & a Birthday Hoedown You Don’t Want to Miss

Sandton, saddle up — The Bull Run is throwing a birthday bash that’s as bold as its burgers.

From 24 to 26 October 2025, this iconic Johannesburg steakhouse is marking 25 years of flipping, grilling, and pouring with a cowboy-style celebration that’s part party, part feast, and 100% worth showing up for.

🎉 Throwback Prices, Modern Appetite

To celebrate their quarter-century milestone, The Bull Run is rolling back the prices to 2000-style deals:

  • Juicy 200g cheeseburgers for just R76

  • Ice-cold beers (Black Label, Castle Lager or Hansa) for R25

Expect a BBQ-basted patty topped with melted cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, and red onion, plus a pile of chips on the side — all at a price that’ll make your accountant weep tears of joy.

🥾 Come for the Food, Stay for the Hoedown

This isn’t your average restaurant special — it’s a full-blown cowboy-themed weekend. The Bull Run is pulling out all the stops:

  • Cold brews & cowboy tunes

  • A sneak peek at their brand-new menu

  • Prizes for the wildest western outfits — so yes, dust off your boots, hats, and fringe

  • Two massive hamper giveaways (draws on Friday 24th & Sunday 26th at 19h30)
