Please assist a Research Student: Decoding Green Advertising and Fast-food Purchasing Habits in Johannesburg

A few minutes of someone’s time could make a meaningful difference to a student research project in Johannesburg.

Participants are being invited to complete a questionnaire for a study titled “Investigating the Influence of Green Advertising on Consumer Purchasing Behaviour in the Fast-Food Industry in Johannesburg.”

The research aims to better understand how environmentally focused advertising shapes the decisions consumers make when choosing fast-food brands, a topic that has become increasingly relevant as sustainability messaging becomes more visible across the industry.

  • For students conducting academic research, public participation is often the ingredient that transforms a good study into a valuable one. Every completed questionnaire contributes practical insights that help build a clearer picture of real consumer attitudes, behaviours, and perceptions.

For anyone with opinions about fast food, branding, sustainability claims, or what actually influences purchasing decisions, this is a chance to put those thoughts to productive use. Click here to fill out the short questionnaire.
