With winter approaching, there is nothing better than a hearty soup to keep warm during the day!
JB Rivers at Hyde Park Corner has long been a favourite amongst the locals with many exciting offerings that keep changing as they always listen to their customers requests. With that, the colder days call for delicious soups to keep warm.
Think of a spicy roasted aubergine and lentil soup that is made with perfectly roasted aubergines and a handful of lentils, a dash of coconut milk and fresh coriander. Or a rich and hearty Italian style minestrone soup with tomato and fresh fagioli beans. Simply delicious.
