Even during lock-down, you can still enjoy a fantastic cooking class with Nadege Cuisine right in the comfort of your home.
Nadege Cuisine is offering hands-on French cooking classes (in English as well as in French) showcasing a French traditional main course, ready to eat, on the day. Everything is happening real-time on Zoom as you cook along in your own kitchen asking questions as you follow each and every step. Each class will take about 90 minutes from start to finish.
Every class is customised to your needs and skill set. Once this has been discussed, you will be send a list of ingredients and equipment needed. If you don’t like any of the ingredients, Nadege will guide you to find alternative solutions that also work with these traditional French dishes.

a true Nicoise salad
cheese souffle
roast pork with ginger and dry apricots
lamb stew from Provence
veggies terrine
tuna tartare
chicken poached in spices
brinjal tiaan
ratatouille

There are plenty of options for the carnivore, herbivore and pescatarian. If there is any recipe you would like to learn, that can also be arranged.
