Christmas Day Lunch at Radisson Blu Gautrain

Choose from a lunch buffet menu, for only R720 per person. With options spanning an array of fresh breads, soups, tapas, meats and more, your family will be spoilt for choice.  For little ones aged 12 and under, there is a 50% discount on their meal and children under six eat free.

  • Hot Jingle Bells Festive Selection Main course in the form of traditional herbed butternut and sweet potato roast, mushroom and ricotta rigatoni, crusty baked baby potato spuds with caramelized onion, chives & hoisin dressing, rainbow saffron rice with bell peppers, hearty beef curry, roast chicken thighs with lemon sauce and grilled norwegian salmon with a creamy garlic and fennel velouté
  • White Christmas Carvery Station Honey glazed gammon with pineapple and berries
  • Dashing through the Snow Sweet Selection Dessert temptation in the form of chocolate chip and raspberry swiss roll, cheesecake topped with marshmallow, cherries and caramel drizzle, traditional gingerbread house, assorted, glühwein poached fruits and beautiful berry Christmas mess
