The meal starts with a welcome drink, a chilled sparkling boba drink with a choice of flavour, before moving into five courses packed with contemporary Asian-inspired dishes.
For Course 1, the appetiser, guests can choose between Salmon Ceviche Taco, featuring Norwegian salmon with teriyaki and wasabi, sweet plum glaze and crispy miniature wonton; Spring Rolls, available with prawn or stir-fried greens; or Korean Wings, with a choice of spicy red or sweet soy ginger.
Course 2 is sushi, with three options. Rainbow Reloaded combines salmon and avo with teriyaki, firecracker mayo and tempura crunch. Firecracker Rock Shrimp features rock shrimp tempura on a salmon and avo roll with togarashi and firecracker mayo. Vegetarian diners can choose the Gardener’s Roll, filled with avo, cucumber, carrot, pickled mushroom and teriyaki.
Course 3 brings Banchan, with a choice between a vegetarian Selection of Banchan, featuring a trio of traditional Korean small side dishes, or the Mini XO Crunch Salad, an Asian garden salad with crispy vermicelli and satay peanut dressing poured tableside.
For Course 4, the main, diners first choose their base, either ginger scallion noodles or jasmine rice, followed by their protein. Honey Bulgogi Beef comes with slow-marinated beef in honey bulgogi sauce, while Seoulfire Chicken brings fiery marinated chicken. The vegetarian Gangnam Glaze combines glazed tofu with bulgogi-style caramelised aubergine.
The final course is dessert. Nina’s Frozen Yoghurt is available in butter toffee, blackcurrant or cheesecake flavours, while Deep Fried Bun features two golden miniature buns with sweetmilk and salted caramel.
Momo XO does not serve alcohol, but guests are welcome to bring their own at no corkage cost, making it a particularly flexible option for diners looking to pair the five-course experience with their own choice of drinks.
