Here’s what you can expect from the NEW Bombay Brasserie

They’ve been transformed and they’re ready to welcome you.

The same but different. Expect to be wowed by exotic and fine textured décor and cuisine alike with the newly renovated Bombay Brasserie at the Taj Hotel in Cape Town.

The restaurant offers diverse Indian cuisine with Cape Town flair.

The restaurant retained firm menu favourites and added eight new sensational dishes, including Baingan Bharta {clay oven smoked Aubergine crush with crumbled feta} and Tikka Masala {Charred Tikka, fenugreek, onion and tomato sauce}, as well as small plate offerings, a fine dining version of Indian street food.

My team and I are delighted to have the small plate dishes on offer at the Bombay Bar and we believe that this is something quite unique for Cape Town. – says Executive Chef David Tilly.

Guest can now also enjoy pre-dinner drinks at Bombay Brasserie Bar, where you’ll be served a range of cocktails, beers, wines and the finest whiskies and brandies.

Come and be refreshed by the new Bombay Brasserie, serving the finest cuisine outside of India.
