Held at Reuben Riffel’s restaurant on the property, Ruben and Co, the beloved chef is joined by chefs Richard Carstens and Nic van Wyk and together they’re throwing a celebration of everything edible. And we do mean everything from tripe to offal. The cost is R550 per person for 4 courses and wine pairings and there are only 30 seats available.
