At Gusto Urban Italian, Mother’s Day is all about good food, easy conversation, and a little extra attention for Mom.
This year’s celebration keeps things simple but thoughtful, with a curated à la carte menu, a complimentary welcome drink for all mothers, and live music from 12h00 to 15h00.
Available on Sunday, 10 May 2026, the experience is designed to be relaxed and flexible, allowing guests to build their own meal while enjoying a lively yet polished atmosphere.
- The menu is structured in classic Italian style, starting with antipasto. The Caprese arancini offers a comforting bite with a tomato risotto base, mozzarella centre, and basil, finished with pomodoro aioli. For something lighter, the zucchini salad combines thinly sliced beef, Danish feta, lemon zest, olive oil, and fresh herbs for a balanced, fresh start.
- The primo selection leans into hearty favourites. The prawn risotto is rich and aromatic, built on a bisque base with deshelled prawns, parmesan, and a hint of lime zest. The chicken Milanese keeps things classic with a golden crumb, served alongside creamy spinach and mushroom, finished with rocket and parmesan. For a vegetarian option, the pasta alla Norma delivers roasted aubergine, slow-cooked pomodoro sauce, basil, and shaved parmesan over rigatoni.
- Dessert, or dolce, rounds things off on a sweet note. The chocolate mousse cake is rich and velvety, topped with a dark chocolate ganache, while the apple and pear crumble adds a softer finish with rosemary-infused fruit and whipped mascarpone.
It’s a straightforward way to celebrate, with just enough detail to make Mom feel properly appreciated.
