Grande Provence Wine and Dine Collaboration Dinners 2015

If you’re a food and wine lover, then get excited. The Grande Provence Wine & Dine Collaboration dinners kick off in April.

These dinners are hosted on one Friday evening per month at The Restaurant. Each will focus on a particular wine theme to showcase the best of Grande Provence and other divine wineries showcasing the chosen variety or blend.

“Firstly, we want to show Grande Provence’s superb wines in the context of other wines of the same style or variety. Secondly, we believe that by collaborating, we’re able to share our knowledge and gain greater recognition for the wines, cuisine, and food and wine pairing” says Winemaker Karl Lambour.

Grande Provence’s Executive Chef, Darren Badenhorst, will tailor each evening’s six course menu to match the flavour profile of each wine.

After an unforgettable evening of fine wines and outstanding food, The Owner’s Cottage at Grande Provence offers luxury accommodation for visitors who want to extend their visit to this beautiful estate.

28 August – Red Blends (Joostenberg, Warwick Estate & Hermanuspietersfontein)

25 September – White Blends (De Morgenzon, Strandveld Vineyards & Tokara)

23 October – Sauvignon Blanc (Daria, Steenberg & Klein Constantia)
