Their winter set menu aims to bring all that is Aubergine to life in each and every dish they present. Choose a two-course dining option for R305 per person or a three-course option for R415 per person.
Expect ostrich tartare, braised lamb ravioli, a beef shin croquettes and calf’s liver duo, as well as a choice of two different desserts. You will also receive a complimentary amuse bouche. Please find the full menu below.
