Col’Cacchio Launches New CC Golden Ale

Is there any pairing more perfect than a piping hot slice of pizza and an ice cold beer?

Possibly not… That’s why Col’Cacchio, the popular Italian inspired eatery, has launched their very own private label craft beer ‘CC Golden Ale’.

Established in 1992 in Cape Town, Col’Cacchio pizzeria is a name that has become synonymous with Italian-inspired, artisanal food, including a broad range of crisp, thin-based pizzas and a wide variety of freshly prepared salads and pastas. Now they are adding beer to the list, with a craft beer that manifested from a partnership with Devil’s Peak Brewing company, a proudly South African craft brewery.

Available at all (excluding Halaal) Col’Cacchio restaurants in SA and Windhoek, the new Ale is already a popular choice, going for R32 per bottle.

This easy-drinking ale is crisp, light and refreshing. Soft, malty sweetness gives way to tropical fruit flavours and a clean, dry finish. Made with 100% South African hops, the Col’Cacchio Golden Ale is the perfect pint for any occasion, even if it’s your first step into the wonderful world of craft beer. – JC Steyn Head Brewer at Devils Peak Brewing Company.

So, don’t mess about, pop down to Col’cacchio and try their refreshing new ale with a crisp, cheesy pizza!
