Nederburg is turning winter dining into something far more memorable with Candlelit Conversations with the Winemakers, an intimate dinner series set inside the estate’s historic Manor House.
Designed for those who appreciate a slower, more thoughtful kind of evening, the experience brings guests together around a beautifully dressed long table, where crisp white linen, glowing candlelight and sparkling chandeliers set the tone for a night that feels both elegant and warmly welcoming.

The experience begins with Cap Classique and canapés on arrival, before unfolding into a three-course seasonal dinner thoughtfully paired with wines chosen to complement each course.

Taking place on Thursday, 28 May, Thursday, 25 June, Thursday, 3 July and Thursday, 27 August, with arrivals from 18h00 to 18h30, the experience is priced at R995 per person, including the welcome drink, canapés, three-course dinner and all wines.
