Join The Cape Milner for a marvellous brunch buffet on Mother’s Day!
At only R350 per person, you’ll be able to tuck into a scrumptious buffet of tapas, a choice of four delicious main courses and decadent desserts. This special rate also includes a bottle of the locally produced Miss Molly MCC, to be shared between every two guests, and a special hand-crafted gift to spoil mom on her Cape Milner Mother’s Day experience.
Indulge in artisan breads served with hummus, basil pesto, tzatziki and olive tapenade. For the cheese connoisseurs, an assortment of local favourites will be available together with olives, gherkins, peppadews and cherry tomatoes. There will also be local fish and seafood platters, not to mention delectable pastries and croissants, and warm buttermilk scones with country jam and Chantilly cream to complement your glass of ice cold bubbles.
The decadent main dishes will have your mouth watering with spiced banana French toast served with smoked bacon, chilli labneh and tamarind caramel or the scrambled eggs with white truffle oil, smoked salmon and chives. Perhaps mom will fancy the lemon cream cheese filled pancakes served with gooseberries and berry compote or the rosemary and garlic ciabatta served with a poached egg, hollandaise sauce and a choice of either smoked salmon, hickory ham or local spinach.
For dessert, you can look forward to a choice of homemade chocolate macaroons, cheesecake with blueberries or fruit kebabs, all to be enjoyed over a cup of tea, a frothy cappuccino or more bubbles.
The Cape Milner will also be celebrating Mother’s Day Month with their Bubbles and Brunch promotion, which takes place every Saturday and Sunday in May between 11h00 and 14h00. A scaled down version of the Mother’s Day brunch, the Bubbles and Brunch menu costs R275 per person, and includes a bottle of Miss Molly MCC per table.
