Bike Forge gears up for Winterland Music Festival with Robin Auld and Wendy Oldfield

Winter in Tulbagh is about to get a little louder, a little warmer, and a lot more entertaining as Bike Forge prepares to host the 10th Annual Winterland Music Festival on Saturday, 27 June 2026.

This year’s artist announcement brings two beloved South African music legends to the stage, with Robin Auld and Wendy Oldfield set to headline a day dedicated to live music, good food, and community spirit.

Taking place at Bike Forge in Tulbagh, the festival has become a much-loved winter tradition, combining the venue’s relaxed biker-friendly atmosphere with family-friendly entertainment and a festive seasonal vibe.

  • Best of all, entry is completely free, making it one of the most accessible live music events on the local calendar. Gates open at 09:00, giving guests plenty of time to settle in before the live performances begin at 12:00. Music lovers can enjoy six hours of entertainment while soaking up the scenic surroundings of the Tulbagh Valley.

Of course, no Bike Forge gathering would be complete without food. The venue’s popular pub-and-grub menu will be available throughout the day, ensuring guests can pair great music with hearty meals, cold drinks, and the laid-back hospitality that has made Bike Forge a favourite stop for locals, travellers, and bikers alike.

Whether attending for the music, the food, the atmosphere, or simply an excuse to spend a winter’s day in Tulbagh, the Winterland Music Festival promises plenty of reasons to stay awhile.
