- As the sun begins its descent, head to the enchanting Island Cafe at 18h30, where the ambiance is set to come alive with the mesmerizing live music of saxophonist Jaco Kriek. - To start, guests will be greeted with a welcome drink, the crisp and refreshing Jordan Outlier Sauvignon Blanc, paired with smoked snoek pate and crispy bruschetta, generously rubbed with garlic and adorned with fresh-picked rocket.
- The culinary journey continues with a delightful starter: roasted squash and ricotta ravioli drizzled with burnt butter sauce, toasted hazelnuts, crispy sage leaves, and a hint of truffle oil. This dish is beautifully paired with the velvety Jordan Barrel Fermented Chardonnay.
