For R375 per person, guests can enjoy a three-course dinner special paired with a tasting of five Fairview wines.

- The evening begins with a choice of mushroom arancini with Fairview brie and garlic aioli, or French onion soup served with a Fairview brie breadstick.
- Mains keep the comfort going, with options including winter vegetable pasta, seared linefish, or flame grilled sirloin with Fairview Blue Rock sauce, seasonal greens, and fries.
- Dessert finishes on a bright note with roasted citrus tart, made with orange, grapefruit, and lemon, served with whipped Fairview cream cheese, vanilla, and honey crème.
Guests who want to keep the Fairview theme flowing can also order additional glasses or bottles, including Charles Back Fairview Brut, Fairview Coastal Chenin, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir, and Malbec.
