Nestled between mature gardens on the beautiful D’Aria Wine Farm, Poplars Restaurant is housed in a heritage Cape Dutch Farmhouse, one of the oldest in the Durbanville Wine Valley. Both the ‘Backyard’ (braai area) and Bar are popular with locals in the evenings, with a live music a weekly occurrence.
Poplars Restaurant also has a sushi bar that is open every Wednesday – Sunday from 11h00 to 1600. The bar is managed by Susan, their very talented sushi chef extraordinaire. It makes for a great venue to enjoy sushi on a lazy weekend afternoon.
Arguably, the best sushi in Durbanville!
